Fail Safe Tech SLA.​ We guarantee that the RavenGIS™ Service web interface will be operational and available to Customer at least 99.5% of the time in any calendar month (the "Fail Safe Tech SLA"). If Fail Safe Tech does not meet the Fail Safe Tech SLA, and if Customer meets its obligations under this Fail Safe Tech SLA, Customer will be eligible to receive the Service Credits described below. This document states Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any failure by Fail Safe Tech to meet the Fail Safe Tech SLA.
Definitions.​ The following definitions shall apply to the Fail Safe Tech SLA.
  1. Downtime means that an HTTP request to a monitored endpoint on the ravengis.com domain returns an HTTP status code that is not 200 more than three times in a row. Downtime is measured based on Fail Safe Tech's ​status page​ via 3rd party uptime monitor, UptimeRobot.
  2. Monthly Uptime Percentage​ means the total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.
  3. Service​ means the RavenGIS™ Services provided by Fail Safe Technologies LLC to Customer under the Agreement.
  4. ​Service Credit​ means the following:
    Monthly Uptime Percentage Credit Amount (as a percentage of Customer's most recent payment to Fail Safe Tech)
    < 99.5% - >= 99.0% 10%
    < 99.0% - >= 97.5% 25%
    < 97.5% - >= 94.0% 50%
    < 94.0% 100%
Customer Must Request Service Credit.​​ In order to receive any of the Service Credits described above, Customer must notify Fail Safe Tech within thirty days from the time Customer becomes eligible to receive a Service Credit. Failure to comply with this requirement will forfeit Customer's right to receive a Service Credit.
Maximum Service Credit.​​​ The aggregate maximum number of Service Credits to be issued by Fail Safe Tech to Customer for all Downtime that occurs in a single calendar month shall not exceed Customer's previous payment.
Fail Safe Tech SLA Exclusions.​​ The Fail Safe Tech SLA does not apply to any services that expressly exclude this Fail Safe Tech SLA or any performance issues, including factors that resulted from Customer's equipment or third party equipment, or both (not within the primary control of Fail Safe Technologies LLC).
Fail Safe Tech Limited Service Level Agreement
Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA.​ We guarantee that the RavenGIS™ Service web interface will be operational and available to Customer at least 75% of the time in any calendar year (the "Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA"). If Fail Safe Tech does not meet the Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA, and if Customer meets its obligations under this Fail Safe Tech SLA, Customer will be eligible to receive the Service Credits described below. This document states Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any failure by Fail Safe Tech to meet the Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA.
Definitions.​ The following definitions shall apply to the Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA.

  4. ​Service Credit​ means the following: Less than 75% will be granted a 15% credit.
Customer Must Request Service Credit.​​ In order to receive any of the Service Credits described above, Customer must notify Fail Safe Tech within forty five days from the time Customer becomes eligible to receive a Service Credit. Failure to comply with this requirement will forfeit Customer's right to receive a Service Credit.
Maximum Service Credit.​​​ The aggregate maximum number of Service Credits to be issued by Fail Safe Tech to Customer for all Downtime that occurs in a single calendar year shall not exceed Customer's previous payment.
Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA Exclusions.​​ The Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA does not apply to any services that expressly exclude this Limited Fail Safe Tech SLA or any performance issues, including factors that resulted from Customer's equipment or third party equipment, or both (not within the primary control of Fail Safe Technologies LLC).
Fail Safe Tech Service Agreement for All Plans
30 Day Money Back Guarantee.​ If within the first thirty days, Customer is dissatisfied with the RavenGIS™, Customer may request a 100% refund.
Cancel Anytime.​ If at any point, the Customer opts to discontinue services with Fail Safe Tech and its RavenGIS™, Customer may cancel and will receive a prorated refund for any time left on yearly license.
Try Before You Buy.​​ Customers who have requested a demo of the RavenGIS™ will have the option to evaluate a demo for 21 (twenty-one) days - No payment method required.
Extend an additional 30 (thirty) days upon commitment to purchase with purchase order.

Fail Safe Technologies LLC believes in actively researching, testing and experimenting different aspects of emergency management conforming to a lessons learned approach and to establish best practices; with a focus of integrating technology and localized emergency response at a level never conceived. We look for giving opportunities in the areas of improving local emergency response and educating communities to plan, prepare and be better informed.
Twice a year, Fail Safe Tech will award one qualifying entity the use of the Community Plus cloud tier, with 256GB storage included, at no cost to them, including setup and 4 hours consultancy/tech support. Deadlines are May 1st and November 1st, with winning notifications announced June 1st and December 1st
Please make sure to submit your application at least one month prior to the deadlines established. We receive many applications throughout the year, and we need to allow sufficient time to review each request carefully. Once you have submitted your application, please allow at least 3 (three) weeks for review and notification of the result of your request.
At this time, in considering requests, priority is placed on entities within the following counties in New York State: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rensselaer, Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Westchester
Eligibility and Preference
Grants for use of Community Plus cloud tier will only be made to the following types of entities:
  • a school, hospital, or governmental unit that holds nonprofit status similar to that of 501(c)(3) organizations
  • local government, but only if a use thereto is made exclusively for public safety purposes
  • a volunteer fire department that qualifies as a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt entity
